I am a Reliance customer ...no is 8010866155..I am using a prepaid number but from last 15 days my outgoing is barred..Having pathetic experience with RCOM..with their customer support....
I am unable to escalate this issue because whenever I tried to call 198 and *333 there I got no response...Customer care executive are very irresponsible..they don't know anything about customer service..
They just know how to hang the call..I have proper account balance but not able to make outgoing calls...very bad experience I will switch to other network very soon..
