I had bought data card connection from Alkapuri, Baroda, GUJARAT on 23rd July 2012.
Before buying I went to this store many times and had confirmed regarding the documents which company was asking and what I was having, after talking to the consultant and discussing she told that my documents are alright and I can get connection and will get a welcome call for verification. so I proceed further and had paid some Rs 12000/- for the instrument and I was given a receipt. I got verification call on 5 August 2012 and things were confirmed, now shocking thing is that from 6th august morning my connection is disconnected. when I called up customer care at 10 pm after coming from office they told me that there is some issue with the documents I have provided and I have to go personally to submit new documents to start the services or else its my wish.
Can anybody please let me know how can company like these can do such a pathetic verification or else they should verified the documents first then only should ask the for payment. now thing is that I have paid money for instrument, now I am just trapped in it. If I don't go personally then my given money will be in companies charity. are there any procedure for refunds??
