Internet has not been working for over a week. Complained several times to customer service and they keep raising tickets to no avail. Have had the same issue for 7 months.
The customer services treats people like they are idiots and refuses to give any reason or validation behind why the internet is down. They don't even give an accurate time and keep providing generic answers.
Worst Service ever.
I have filed my termination request. Better to go with tata docomo. At least their customer service is polite.
