Few months back when i was looking to get a broadband connection, i decided to go for the reliance broadband connection. And to my surprise, this broadband is completly opposite to what i have heard about it. It is totally a wastage of money. In todays fast pace of internet, such slow and degraded quality broadbands just ruin your internet experience. Lets take a complete review of it :
Price: I took the plan of unlimited surfing at rs 850 per month.
Connection: It simply bundles up so many wires which makes your place look messy
Working: Now, this is the worst part about it.
Firstly, it does not give the speed which was mentioned by the provider.
Secondly, the range is also not good.
Thirdly, it is not working almost everytime. For example, if we use it for 7 days then it would work only 3 days and the remaining 4 days it is off.
Lastly, its service. If we get troubled by lost connection, the customer service and technical service is so poor. They take a long time to solve your issue.
So overall, it is not a good choice for internet usage.
