No refund of money even after 3 months
My Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID was 366265848440. In Feb 2015 it was deactivated due to pathetic service of reliance.
After deactivation I was told to submit router and immediately refund of money(Rs1500) will be done(6 months prepaid plan was taken by me.biggest mistake of my life)
But after continuous follow up there is no refund from reliance. Only templatized reply from customer care. **(We have already taken up your issue and will get it resolved on priority.)*
