I had a horrible time dealing with reliance broadband services in Chennai as well as in Gurgaon. Despite paying the plan amount well in advance there is no promise about the services. Generally reliance used to take a place on rent to put its server in the area where they want to distribute their connections. In my case it happened that reliance itself was not paying the rent and that owner has switched off the server and locked the room for three months. I was amazed when I contacted the local office and came to know that they already know that but cudn't do anything as the rent payment will get released by higher authority. Lol. I followed the trail and reached upto one lady who was responsible for my area and asked for refund. They didn't refund but adjusted my money in the coming months plan. Pathetic.
