Reliance Customer care is pathetic in East Delhi. Never go for that, I got the connection in march 2014, since then after every 15 days the network was disconnected, complaint is registered and it takes 7 days for them to solve the problem. The cables, this company is using is very old and not going to replace it.
No doubt its very cheap plan but still I wont mind to pay extra if get continuous connectivity. I have asked for termination and going to other providers.
