Thieves in the name of movers and packers. My honest advice to all of you is that please keep away from these guys. There are actually thieves in the name of movers and packers. Last month (February) I shifted from Bangalore to gurgaon and used their services. They promised that they will deliver the luggage in 7 days but finally took 11 days but wait this just the beginning. The guys who came to shift my luggage from truck to my flat were looked in so much hurry and came very late around 7 pm. They desperately wanted me to sign the invoice, they just counted all the boxes and items in front of me and I fell prey to their tricks and signed the invoice. Next day I checked the cartoons but could not find my 19 inch LCD monitor and some other stuff.
After that I called the Mr rajkumar(their contact person in Sheetla Mata Road Near Marble Market, Gurgaon), but he started behaving rudely. Then I called the guy in Bangalore, his name is Amit chauhan (Cotact number 9845459930, 09341481030), He keeps giving me foolish execuses every time I call him , its been now more than a month and nothing has happened. Now whenever I call Mr Amit he gives it to some of his workers and they say he is not there and many more crap execuses. They took 3500 rs for insuarance as well, now what to expect when they are stealing things. My humble request to all of you just keep away from these so called "Reliable Cargo Movers And Packers". The money they take in the name of insurance is simple crap, its just a trick to get more money from the customer.
Ask them where is policy document and which insurance company is insuring your goods.
