I have had a virtual office with Regus for a couple of years now. I decided not to pay close attention to the times when my clients could not reach me because the calls were not transferred and some other minor issues happened. Than the manager and the secretary changed and thats when hell happened to my company. My mail has been sent to a wrong mailing address for the period of about 5 months with no return address! So a lot of my important corporate documents have been lost. And they still had a wrong address on file after changing it back to the correct one somehow. The manager of the office just blatantly ignored all my calls and emails and so did the secretary.
The only employee of Regus who actually talked to me was the person who takes payment. However, he does not have the power to do anything but take payments. A manager of all the offices was supposed to give me a call. Well, what a surprise, she ignored my request as well. I have asked to speak to a Vice President of Regus about 50 times, all my requests have been ignored. And to make matters worst, I am still having problems with my company because of all the mail that Regus lost and took no responsibility for it. Its been almost a year now.
Get an office with them at your own risk. Its the worst company I have come in contact with.
