Regus employees made various misrepresentations to us, then went back on their word. They blatantly lied to us. We queried them on the availability of day offices and they assured us that they don't rent out all the offices full-time and they always keep offices separate. This was not true and now they conveniently take no responsibility. We now have to move further to other offices.
They have cost us a lot of money and inconvenience. We have to change everything to the new business address. Our business cards which we paid a lot for are now useless.No apology form the damage to our business and the clients we lost.
They're service is generally pathetic and they are incapable of getting your monthly account correctly. They have charged us for offices we never used. Every now and then there are new staff members. The one is more incompetent than the other.
