I had a terrible experience with RegisterKaro ( Safe Ledger Pvt Ltd) .
On 30th July 2025, I paid ₹; 7, 000 via Razorpay for GST filing services. Even after repeated follow-ups, no work was ever started. Their staff ( Sales: Ms. Tanuduhoon, Grievances: Ms. Sapna, Operations: Mr. Karthick) kept giving empty promises that “work will start immediately, ” but nothing happened.
When I escalated the issue, they provided a WhatsApp group screenshot with a creation date of 7/3/2025. Since my payment was on 30/07/2025, this clearly shows the evidence was misleading and invalid.
They even claimed I “did not respond, ” while I have dozens of unanswered WhatsApp messages and call logs proving the opposite.
This has caused me financial loss, wasted time, and mental harassment. I have now filed a chargeback request with HDFC Bank and raised a consumer complaint.
?? Beware before making any payment to RegisterKaro. They do not deliver services and mislead customers with false information.
