This is one of the evolving companies and soon it will be one of Big names. This company gives opportunity to everyone to reach the extreme heights. I have seen people growing from entry level to Project Manager Level and it is worth noting that only capable candidates are promoted and no body has considered relations.
Compensation wise, Reflexis has always tried to provide the Best in the industry. There are guys who started as fresher and with 2-3 years of tenure they are earning not less then 9-12 lacs a year. Again, worth noting that only deserving candidates have this.
Reflexis always encourage talented guys and have given all opportunities to grow. At times, it is true that there is too much of work and people had to slog but that is very common in IT industry. To be in the market, you need to be competitive. Management of this company always appreciated people who manage their time and complete everything on time.
In other companies also there are few rotten eggs who try to bring the companies name down because of personal grudges. In Reflexis also, there were few who always did that when they were in the company and also trying to do the same when they have been thrown out of the company. These guys always forget what company has given them but they only remember their personal issues. May god bless those guys who think they are superior and own the world. God only can save them. Best of luck to those companies who appoints these types of gigs who in tern in due course of time spoils there name in market.
