I am working with the company for last one and half years and I found so many prominent changes in the company. Starting from the working environment to false promises. We were told that we are not going to get any increments this year for the reason that company is not willing to layoff which is not at all true. Recently got a case of layoff.
We have not been given our variable component which is nothing to do with the economical condition and its truly based on the individual performance. I am not able to understand why these things are happening. The behavior of some of the management guys is not at all seems to be very ethical. The way the things are going, I personally think that the company is not going to do very good in near future and we can still observe some more cases of layoffs and retrenchment.
Managers can be seen sitting out with some of the team members for the reason that they are personally very close which hampers the effective decisions. These kind of behaviour leads to the biased decision and we are suffering for that.
Summarizing the review, I will only say the situation in the company and working environment is not very good and in favor of employees.
