The worst part of this company is the HR manager and HR policies. To add few more feathers to his cap, he is not having any experience of handling HR and he tries to copy the things from different company and if he finds it helping for cost cutting, he implements it and takes the credit for it. He is such a nonsense person that he spends 100 Rs. for saving 1 Rupee. Hats of to his nonsense work! There are few more such persons. Their decisions are very biased. They promote and recruit their relatives.
