Rediffmail pro service is ok .. not bad. But we cannot rely on them. When there is some problem no one to respond for that. When you place an complaint they will respond you in very short period of 4-7 days by that time your company will suck with no service. Their customer support is very poor.
Turn around time is worst. One month back there was a problem in the mail server. We faced so much of problems for two days . I sent so many mails to them .. After seven days I received a reply saying that its working fine now. After that I sent one mail for them for some other issues.
Till now no reply as it is already 7 days. So my suggestion don't struck with this service by paying this much. Just switch to Google apps the free service. just pay for a domain that's all !!!
