I have been having one of my client's website(symbioconsults.com) on rediff hosting for a year now and I must tell you I would not continue hosting it when it comes for renewal again!
Firstly they suspend my account because there was more than 25 mb of activity and then the website was down for another 12 days owing to some technical snag(god knows what!) while my client lost some important contract not having a website to show!
After the site come up, I go to their plesk panel and try to upload a newer version of the site; although the files are uploaded the website doesn't refresh at all! I go ahead and delete all the files related to the website and voila still the website appears(rediff magic)! I have cleared all my cache and have tested in several computers but still the website shows up!
No end to my worries! Atleast let god save others who are just trying to do business with rediff!.
