I have booked ticket, payment was deducted in our account but not generate ticket and massage shown that"Booking Error" try again/ticket
then after suddenly get the ticket after afternoon thus we talked with red bus customer care but they not give responds and not ready for refund the payment.
its completely cheating with us.
