The Company red bus is more good at web designing rather than transport. Payment processing gives ERROR , Bus timings are not alwyas fixed. The buses and quality of transport was not so special. the attitude of staff was not so good. on phone you may be kept waiting for minutes and phone may hang up anytime. and practically these redbus people are just the booking network and not the transporter[I may be mistaken but it seem to me].
I saw one review posted earlier in moutshut with praise but felt betrayed, and like me several replies pay witness to their bad service.
Finally Request to all my friends to believe on your experience rather than just looking on web and looks.
