I've used RedBus app a few times to book bus between Lucknow and Delhi. The design and usability of the app is good and user friendly but it doesn't provide sufficient information about the buses we book. Many times the listed facilities were absent in the bus, the arrangement of the seats also differs many times from what is shown in the app or on the website. Customer support is also not up to the mark as it should be. Refund sometimes takes more time than usual. content and bus updates are generally shown on time and buses can easily be booked as website and app rarely hangs. Overall this app can be used but only some travel companies should be opted within the app.
