I booked a ticket from Redbus for my journey on May 9th, 2023. However, while traveling midway, the vehicle broke down at 2:30 AM. I immediately contacted Redbus customer care and raised the concern. Along with me, around 30 to 40 people were traveling, and we all waited for alternate travel arrangements. Unfortunately, neither Redbus nor any traveler helped us in arranging another vehicle. The breakdown area was remote, with no other means to continue the journey. Somehow, a few people managed to travel by another bus passing through the same route. After waiting for two hours, a local person assisted me in obtaining the contact number of a private car service, and I finally reached my destination. Time of this issue redbus agreed to pay the full amount later they not even ready to pay 20% of the amount completely these people doing scam with people so do not trust this service.
