bus booked SIHOR(gujrat) to Mumbai. PNR: 29072
MY BUS WAS CANCELLED BY THE OPERATOR AND REDBUS DOES NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR THE NEXT BUS AND THE REFUND WILL COME IN 72 HOURS.
The operator does not have alternative information.
If you call helpdesk, its takes ages to connect the operator.
If you chat, they do not have a clue to what is happening to the booking they provide. They do have any alternative solution. you are left in a lurch to fend for yourself.
