Horrible.
I booked a seat for traveling from Mumbai to Surat. Neeta Bus timing 1230 am. Reported at 12.05 am. Bus comes at 02.45 am. I was standing in the middle of the road in the company of street dogs and rats.
Horrible Red bus. Never will I use it again.
