This is indeed great initiative for people who frequently travel in short distances, for example Bangalore to Hyderabad, Pune to Hyderabad, Bangalore to Chennai etc.
Quite quick and easy way to book VOLVO bus tickets, and even choose seat of your choice (this very few travel agents offer). There are some loopholes or you can say points that needs to be resolved in the Red Bus
*1. Cancellation. **though I never tried this but if you cancel you get a coupon no. which you can reuse for 6 months, but here is the question, what if you don't have plans to move in next 6 months. So answer is you have lost the money. but that is not only problem of red bus, today I guess you cannot cancel any of private bus tickets once you purchase it.
- Boarding Place
Now Red bus has to give accurate information on Address or maybe a map on where your boarding will be from. Though they have given but in some cases it I snot up to mark. Otherwise very good move for people who are in frequent move from one city to other for short trip. They even deliver tickets to your place if you do not wish to get the same from online.
