Their buses are 4.5 hours delayed for a 5 hour bus journey. I was made to wait for 4.5 hours standing in a bus stop. There are several numbers given. No one picks up & the driver says go & complain to red bus. Red bus operator / helpline says give us 2 days to solve.
When finally bus is cancelled by operator, there is no where you can get help from red bus. At night 12.00 I was stranded.
The bus operator who cancelled the bus called from +91 90358 1xxxx number & said refund you will get in one hour. Now no refund came, the number never picked up any more nor answered WhatsApp messages.
This is how Redbus is cheating customers.
