Never book buses from Redbus.in. Review on Redbus

I booked a  A/C Semisleeper seat(Delhi to Manali) in Volvo in a bus service run by  Himachal Volvo Bus Service from Redbus.in for Dec 23. I had a terrible experience from Himachal Volvo Bus Service.

First of all the boarding point was changed to "Majnu ka tilla" from Paharganj without giving any information to me.

I came to know about the change when I called Himachal Volvo to confirm the timings.

Secondly the same seat was allotted to three different travelers causing confusion and inconvenience to all three passengers.

Thirdly, the volvo was in a bad shape and cold air was coming from the gaps in the floor. This caused all passengers immense trouble and pain.

On top of this the conductor refused to switch on the heater.

Also, Himachal Volvo Bus Service is not a bus operator but it is an agent.

They do not own any buses but they act as agents and club passengers into bus.
