I booked a seat for my friend from pune to kolhapur by using redbus app. Loading time of app is good good for searching available buses with their respective prices I booked a seat within 3 minutes. Bus booking time is 10 pm , we reach at pick up point at 9.50pm and waiting for bus , its around one hour laps bus was not come so we called to customer care they took my phone on hold and said that we are searching for info , they nither responce my query , its totally disappointing that customer care do not responding the querys of customer, finally on 11 pm bus came in nigdi ( pickup point).
My friend sit in bus and when SWARGATE ( next pickup point) arrived a lady said that same seat number alloted to her, my friend contact to conductor for adjusting their seats . In such way I facing the problems after sells service with customer care.
