They don't make an effort to help the customers in an on going journey whether its female or male. Standered in the middle of the night for hours where there is very less transportation nd they have an excuse saying that we can't do anything from our end u need to arrange it urself.customer service zero.don't even know if they will refund the amount.but this waz highly disappointing service frm a reputed company like red bus. nd period don't commit if u don't mean it just dont send messages specially for women that u can call blah blah no incase of any emergency. highly disappointing.
