Last Year I booked two ticket from lucknow to delhi using red bus service.My booking date was after deepawali celebration, And the booking day come.At early morning I got a message from redbus, "The bus has been cancelled".That day I was shocked that what I do Right now.
They wrote our website that "Redbus does not own any buses, it is just a ticketing platform, so it cannot be held responsible for any miscommunication with the Travel Agency". But where is the travel agency's fault in this.
But this is not happen again but that day it was bad experience for me.
