I booked a ticket with redbus and the redbus customer care agent cancelled my ticket. When I contacted the customer care about this, they said that they will provide a refund for the same. This happened on 19th April 2023. Its 10th May 2023 today and there are no signs of refund yet. I keep calling the customer care and they keep telling me that I will receive a callback from their supervisor but that never happens. Worst experience in my life.
