I had booked ticket with Redbus.in on 2nd May at 6:30 pm for travel from Pune to Bangalore - Kallada Travels- Volvo Multi axle with PNR Number ORED395942 and ticket number TG5Y48346959. seat number D2. Bus pickup up time was 10:15 PM and pickup point was Wakad Pune on Highway Corner Point, There were 3 other travelers waiting for the same bus. The bus did not turn up for a long time and we were just waiting all night, for almost 6 hours on a remote highway until 4:30 AM, hoping that bus will come at any time and pick us, There was absolutely no message from REDBUS, and there was no response from customer care either, I never want to use or recommend REDBUS to any person .
