I did booking for Kanpur from Indore ticket actual cost is 500 and this site took 800 rupees. Moreover, all the seats booking information shown are wrong. They called me and changed the ticket again and gave me last seat.
Please do not use Redbus at all. If you want not to get looted book directly by calling or from the operators website. You will notice 300 to 500 rupees difference in ticket cost per head. Such fraud they do and book wrong seats every time. Also they do not refund your money.
This also happened with my friend that they did not refunded yet. 1 month is over. Lootobus.in not redbus.in
