He was allowing drunk passenger and rude with us when we asked about it he said talk to redbus.
No valid papers so at RTO check he delayed 4 hrs .
Now redbus customer care guy said all paper are valid but why bus got stuck at RTO check , when we enquired they he said papers was not valid and why did I mean redbus tie up with this filthy bus operators.
No respect for ladies .
I will post this review on Google for redbus also cz for cheating us regarding bus valid papers not checking and cheating customers.
I will go to consumer forum for this .
