I booked tickets for my parents to travel from Ahmedabad to Nakhtrana, travel date April 30, 2014, but operator said no, a person on the desk at 11 pm night said that the ticket did not reflect to his system, so my parents were not able to travel.
A person from operator was repeatedly saying that it was not his fault, the fault is from redbus. My parents were traveling to my cousin (sister) her children's marriage, and they were not able to reach. My sister was waiting for them on the occasion and they did not reach ever.
Such hopeless service either from redbus or operator, I did not know, but my parents suffered.
Please make sure while booking. I recommend to confirm by telephone once you book ticket from redbus website with operator.
