We booked to and fro travel from Delhi to Vaishno Devi. Bus Conductor FORCEFULLY charged us extra money for taking luggage with us (single Bags that we couldn't carry in hand for e.g. ladies purse).
This is UNETHICAL PRACTICE. If I'm booking my ticket through RedBus, Why I have to pay any extra money on top of that?
If there are ANY Extra charges like ANY bag to cost extra money, WHY is same NOT listed on RedBus's website so I can make calculated choices?
Bus Drives/Conductors leave passengers with NO OPTION but to pay off Rendom charges OR choose any other Transporter at LIST Minute!
RedBus MUST verify background of ANY Transporter for ANY EXTRA/Random/Fraudulent charges!
