Unprofessional, do not deserve loyal customers. Review on Rechargeitnow

So the feedback goes here.

This is really ridiculous to hear that rechargeitnow does not take their customer's queries and complains over the phone. And thing is they do not even respond to your email. this is really very unprofessional.

Do not forget that you are not the market leader and their are n number of same portals, are giving better services than you do. So to keep your loyal clients and to increase the number, try to solve out the queries if you are really serious about your business. Lady at reception was highly unprofessional and the way she talks is very rude.

still if you have got a bit courtesy to serve your customers, do check the status of my query why it did not get recharged and revert me on my email id(tomarpreeti27@gmail) or you can give me call directly I am definitely santoshkr80 respond to your call and will speak in a proper way not like your guys do.
