I have always bought orange juice. I really like most brands.
I bought Tropicana (seasons best from concentrate)Plup Free.
The reason I tried it is because my youngest son, does not like the plup. Which I know is very good for you.
Orange juice is also a natural laxative.
It is 100% pure,taste good.
One cup gives you 15% of your daily vitamins, compared to grape juice which gives you 2 % of your daily vitamins.
I'm not trying to put down grape juice.
It is sweet with no sweetner's added.
I like the pour spout too.
Fat= 0
Calories for 8 ounce serving =110
Saturated fat =0
Cholesterol =0 Important to me.
Sodium =1 %
Potassium =12 %
Total carbohydrate = 9 %
Dietary fiber = 0%
All in all you can't beat a good glass of orange juice.
With three sons we buy a lot.
I really like the Tropicana.
