I hold a platinum maxima card of RBL bank. While selling this card, I was notified that the yearly membership fee of INR 2000 would get adjusted against the reward points of 8000. However, they took the money and now they are denying to adjust the membership fee amount against the rewards points.


I would strongly suggest to stay away from all kind of offer gimmicks by this bank as they are fooling people.
