Some time back- in October 2019, I received an offer on my credit card, that I would get a 50% off on tailoring. I logged on and placed my order and then found at the last page that my request wasn't getting submitted. Whereupon I called their toll free number and made umpteen attempts before which I could make contact. I was told there is a booking done and someone will contact me but noone ever did.
Cut to February 2020 and I made a booking online for Sunday the 9th of Feb. Raymond called back to confirm and one Mr Fazal Sheikh too called up to tell me he was coming at 9AM on the 9th. I waited all excited that finally Raymond was coming over but I was left disappointed this time too. I called Mr Shaikh at the no he had called from but he never picked up nor called back.
Inefficient, unprofessional. Do not recommend.
