I am a proud owner of Toyota Innova from past 3 years. Last week I had my regular car serviced at Ravindu Toyota - they charged me whopping 21 thousand rupees for the same and returned car with more problems (Note: I gave my car for regular service).
What surprised me is that though they service premium cars – they don’t know basics of service & quality. My car was given half cleaned, Both front head lights not working, rare lamps not working, rattling noise everywhere. There are few issues to name.
None of these were reported by me before service. More over their customer service is pathetic – their service engineer was not friendly, when spoke to service manager no concrete action, I escalated to customer support head – he promised many things, again no action. I am reaching out to Toyota to raise this concern with them.
