I am working in Rapidsoft Technologies for last one and half years. The work environment is good and friendly. Throughout the period of 18 months, I never felt any kind of pressure on me. I in fact felt myself answerable to take care of things I was deployed for. I am satisfied because company offered me full support when I got mishapped.
In last November, I got mishapped. I was not able to rejoin the office for more than 6 months and they still cooperated and sustained my job. Because I performed what they hired me for, they wanted me to come back soon after improvement in my healths.
Things are quite clear in Rapidsoft Technologies. Here, performers live long, and non-performers can hardly survive. There is in fact no politics in the system what others are mentioning about. What they want from you is result, and if you fail to achieve it in spite of giving lots of graces, they will not mind to drop you.
