I have only one request, Please share this as much as u can.
I didn't like the Rapido app. When I book a ride it shows 25rs and he cancelled my ride.
Worst service for one of the driver Azharuddin Ali. For time pass he is doing the work . He is so arrogant behavior. He is not visited my location or called me to pickup. This worst driver is saying to me, You can't do anything to me. I have only one request, Please find the Driver.
Its Unreliable. Drivers cancel as and when they like
Please don't use it during emergency situation.
They don't even have a customer care number.
Even Rapido is cheating consumer money. Driver Cancelled my ride and my cancellation fee is 10/-wow.
So, what's the benefit of using Rapido here? I do not recommend to anyone to use Rapido.
