On 9th May 2012 we travelled on Chennai Rajdhani in AC 2 tier. While the train kept the time, we were really upset with:
(a). Quality and taste of food served by the catering provider - the food was tasteless and not fresh(my daughter got sick after eating it)
(b). Dirty toilets - they were smelly and there was no liquid soap in the containers
(c). Attitude of the coach attendant and catering staff - they were insisting on tips though their service was poor.
In future I will avoid Rajdhani - it's not worth its name. An ordinary express train may be just as good, if not better.
