My journey from New Delhi to Chennai was miserable. The rake was old and noisy. The food served was stale and rotten. How do they expect passengers eat rotten food? The staff was rude and would not give the complain book. Shame on Indian Railways for bringing disrepute to prestigious train like Rajdhani Express. Next time I promise not to take Rajdhani to save money and more importantly my health.
The catering staff have no shame in asking for tips after providing such a lousy service. My sincere advice to people is to avoid these trains, they can save money by bringing own food or purchase it from station and avoid wasting money for so called premium service.
