Pls don't go to this hospital and find another good hospital before you fell ill.
This is the worst possible hospital I had ever faced.
Email mentioned but do not expect any reply for your urgent queries.
They will keep the patients in icu n maintain that the visitor hardly find any assess to their near ones.
The so called best doctors will come for 3 minutes per patient visit n rest whole time scrap doctors will take care..
The nurse will keep on changing so they could not able to understand the patient. No human feelings, These hospital charge but do not care the patients.
You will not get the normal ward n remain in icu till the time your bill will be enormous.
If u ask at reception They will say to ask supervisor, than to doctor than doctors will say all is good but u will feel that it's not true.. and end result will be they ask you to pray.
You will feel helpless there in all ways.
Poor diagnosis of the ailments even if you remind them about previous history.
For ESIC patients They will be charged for medicines n other expenses which are not chargeable, when u will ask than They will say these are surgical items not covered like gloves etc but they will charge Rs 10000 n more from these poor people's.. n most importantly they will not provide any bills for that.i saw myself n ask that person to raise your voice than first they will not meet n take calls n than they will say that they will provide someone's bill so that you can get refund from esic..
The waiting area is pathetic with fans runs for limited time n if your parents are in icu than u will not get any room n prepare for any hotels coz you will not find any bathing area if you somehow sleep on floor in the waiting area.
Doctors will say the patient is good n soon will be discharged but in 2 days he will be critical.
When you say to doctors that your father is not good than those scrap doctor will say you are seeing him physically from outside but his vitals r all good.. n next feel days the patient died..
They will not share the daily reports of the patients n will only say that he is good n u will be helpless n tired listening that.
All these was my personal experience.
Worst medical care n staff care... poor diagnosis of disease so that patient suffer most n pays most.
N to all ranchi brothers n sisters you all are very honest n good.. beware of these kind of hospitals.
Don't believe if someone says he knows the doctor..They r only making money.
Only believe in hospitals like RIIMS.

In Google review raj hospital replied my details saying that we will serve u better next time, ,
However my father is no more now coz of their poor treatment..n they r expecting me to return next time, which fool is like to go again.
R they hotels that this time experience is bad n next time will be alright.
