Hello guys today im going to share my review on railwire internet.i used railwire when I was studying in srm as there was only one internet service provider. Railwire charge so much from their customers for 4mbps unlimted plan we ended up paying like 3k per month.even after paying 3k every month there is a huge packetloss and we dont even get good download speed and upload speed.sometimes the connection will fail and the customer service ia really very bad.if we call them today they will take 1 to 2 days of time to get the connection fixed.sometimes when we call the customer care number they dont even lift the phone and say wait for some hours our technician is coming and he never comes.will not suggest this isp.better to use act fiber.
