Hi,
I am the old customer of rail wire from Mathura city I am purchased the annual pack of 2 Mbps Fibre Connection.
The installation process is very slow it taken 1 week for installation and after I week I am stated to use my Rail wire Internet connection but almost every day my fibre cable is broken or the server from upper side is down and the repair work of broken fibre takes 3 days minimum during these days I am unable to use internet from rail wire.
My opinion is if you need worlds worst internet connection service then that is rail wire.
Main problem with me is service the service is so slow.
At the end I talked with the Mathura rail wire head it said to me that I discontinued your connection because of heavy loss of their company due to my maintenance. it also told me that I have gave your left money back but I am not received any amt. till 2 months after two months I strictly talked with customer care and rail wire regional head and they gave me only 1 moths amt. return but in actually I need 3 months amt. to be returned.
