Is Sachin Truly Great. Review on Rahul Dravid

I was thinking of writing on this topic for long. There will lot of oppostion for this review from sachin fans. Is he really great, He was able to score his first oneday century only when he was given a chance to open the innings. Great ( for that matter good players) can score runs wherever they bat.

He is not a Team man, He was relcutant to play one down when shewag started scroing runs in the top. All Mumbai ex palyers and the media made a huge cry and atlast made him ti open the innings.

He is also not a match winner as all say. He will score a century when the oppostion has made 220 or 225 while chasing and this will be the headline on all news papers for one week. How runs has he scored while india had chased bid scores against England and the west indiaes. Kaif and Yuvraj did it in Lords and Dravid and Bangar did against west indies.

Dravid has sacrified every thing for the team. He bats down the order and even he took up the keeping job for the sake of the team. How many youngsters are comfortable playing with sachin. All the junior Players have performed well when they had paired with Rahul. Kaif against Zim in the Cahmpions trophy when india were down 88/5, yuraj in thee WC match against PAK. Bangar againat WI and that epic innings of Laxman against Austarlia.

When Sachin was made the Captain, He brought in his teamates into the Team. Vinod Kambli was recalled, Dighe who was supposed to anounce his retirement from first call cricket was selected to the team and players like Mambhery, Bahuthule and Kulkari all played for the country only because of Sachin the great palyer

Sourav doesn't do this, even though he supports some players none are from Bengal.
