The film in set in the early 80's and 90's in gujarat.the fictious story of a man who build an empire n the sate of gujarat, the only state that still follows prohbitioon.it's a story about his rise and his relationships, which help him to become the single most powerful man in the state.criticizing the prohibition of alcohol in gujarat, this movie unfolds the story of a clever bootlegger, whose business is challenge by a tough cop. every actor from Shahrukh to Nawazuddin just gave their best n performance. and all the role suits according to the actor.the attitude of a police suits on nawazuddin and he played his role perfectly. and no comments for shahrukh he always gives his best.their is some romance in the film and al loved the chemistry betwwen the new comer Mahira Khan and Shahrukh Khan.the film was still ruling on cinemas ans was the highest grossing movie of 2017.this movie was based on a real story of a person in gujarat of late 70's or 80's.in the movie tyhe songs are quite good and lovable.
