We have been using this geyser for 15 years now and have faced no problems. I use it for 1 hr daily and its been 15 years continuously. No maintenance was done ever. Once we fit it in and forgot worries on hot water . The water also remains hot for many hours after switching off..
No idea on service because the geyser never failed. Price is on the higher end but I would say its well worth it. Not measured electricity usage but I assume it must be the same as other geysers.
Looks wise very limited choices, but decent enough. Recently saw their new models, price was around 7700 for the best model at 25ltr and 7000 for another model of same capacity.Bajaj geysers cost around 5000 but seeing the quality difference this is much better worth for money.
