I got interviewed in Bangalore, Company asked me to relocate to Mumbai and told me that u will get your flight expenses and relocation expenses in Mumbai. I Joined in Mumbai, from the day one I was at client site. After 8 months, I resigned asked for all my expenses which HR refused. In between, they came up with new HR policy that if you don't serve more than a year, u will not get your expenses claims or if u did not work more than 9 months, all your paid leaves will be deducted from full and final. Well, these are their rules or just exploiting ex employees. Never ever join quinnox. If they ask you to relocate, ask them for tickets and all expenses in advance else u won't be able to get it later. Regards, Ur well wisher!
if u doing well in ur existing job, don't join. As once u join here, one fine day u mite be asked not to come from next day. they will ask u to give your ID card, don't give it and ask them to send an email instead to submit the I-Card.
Also, give and take notice in advance as they might take advantage of it by telling you that you are absconding from the job.(as u don;t have I-Card, u can't log in)
